The 2016 DNC in Philadelphia was staunchly different than the RNC
in Ohio a few days prior. Cleveland was heavily policed and barricaded
- Philadelphia was open, free, and packed full of people. The cops in
this are as relaxed as the energy of the city - monitoring but
unconcerned mostly. They participated in the photo which surprised me,
but was so fun.

I took this photo while shooting the US Women's Water Polo Team
prep for the 2016 Rio Olympics where they eventually won gold (their
second consecutively). An invitation to watch them practice and
workout was incredible -- there's wildly low coverage of them as a
team considering their winning record since the 90s. WOMEN'S SPORTS
ARE AMAZING SUPPORT THEM.
